This knowledge paired with our attention to detail, and a little help from a wide-angle lens and professional editing software, puts us in the perfect position to produce a set of photographs that will delight!

Quoting with full-scale professional photography companies may have you tempted to put your iPhone to the test. Let us save you the time and frustration.
We noticed a gap in the market and after photographing many of our own listings, we're offering our services to others.
You can expect quality images and professional service and communication. We won't be arriving with a truck full of equipment, just a girl and her camera. Check out our gallery to see what we can do for you!
The Process
To start we will need a few property details (size, bedroom count, etc) and what you are looking for (indoor, outdoor, both). A quote will then be provided. We'll get you on the calendar and can answer any questions on best practices to ready the property for photographing. Once the property is photographed, the photos will be edited and we will deliver you a digital folder of beautiful images within the agreed upon time frame. Let us know if you have any questions!

The Photographer
I'm Shelby, co-owner of The Sinclair Collection, and I'd be stoked to shoot your property! I like variety in my days, and a little photography is the perfect way for me to switch things up - get away from the desk and do something different from my typical marketing duties!
There are two things I've enjoyed since I was a kid that have lead me to this point:

Travel photography - since I started out on disposables, my reels always consisted of far more architecture than people.

Browsing home listings - I've seen a lot of good home photos and a lot of bad in my day! I believe the best home galleries leave you with the same feel for the home that you'd get having watched a video tour. This means the angles are thought out and comprehensive.
So while I can't claim to be a professionally trained photographer, I produce quality images that will make your property shine as bright as the smile I'll be sporting when I show up for the job!
