Scott grew up in Montana guiding fly fishing on the Yellowstone River, and involved with dude ranches and historical resorts. He always enjoyed meeting travelers coming from all corners to experience and share wonderful places. Traveling extensively through out his career, Scott stayed in a wide variety of accommodations and always took note of what he appreciated and looked for. Scott has worked to provide these amenities in his vacation properties for guests.
For several years Scott went between the Pacific Northwest and his Rancho Mirage vacation home. It became more and more difficult to leave the desert and all that it so famously offers. The opportunity arose to be in the desert full time and he liked the idea of developing properties as vacation homes for guests to enjoy, but be able to come and go without having to worry about maintenance, opening and closing the home, managing services and all of the ongoing expenses of owning a vacation home.

The desert has quickly captured a piece of Shelby's heart, a Northwest girl born and raised. Although lakes and rivers are truly missed, she is loving every minute of the year-round sunshine. Snapping photos of the intriguing desert fauna, hiking the trails with her dog, and checking out local eateries and craft cocktails are among her Coachella Valley favorites.
As our Guest and Reservations Manager, Shelby is in contact with our guest before and during their stay. She is happy to consider any special requests and takes pride in ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

and rejuvenating getaway or entertaining a few friends poolside. The properties are maintained to the highest standard to ensure our returning guests receive consistent quality year after year.
Here is an idea of what you can expect from your stay at a Sinclair Vacation property:
The back yard will become your private desert oasis. Make a splash in the pool, unwind in the spa, or relax into a lounge chair with a good book. A gas grill and seating make a great outdoor dining space. End your evening outdoors with a cocktail around the gas fire pit. Throughout the homes you will find kitchens equipped with stainless steal appliances and everything a cook needs, flat screen TVs with extended cable, full size washer and dryer, hotel-quality white linens, master ensuite and attached garage.
